In the rare case where you need to return goods to us please follow the guidelines below.

Contact our office before returning any goods - do not dispatch items for return without first contacting our office to get a goods Return Authorisation (RA) number.  We cannot take responsibility for goods returned into our store that are not labeled with a RA number. Each item returned needs to be clearly labeled with the RA number and must be returned in new condition and in original packaging.

All freight charges on warranty returns and incorrectly ordered goods are the responsibility of the customer.

All warranty returns must be correctly packaged to avoid damage in transit. Goods delivered from the customer that have sustained damage in transit will have the warranty voided.

The RA number is valid for 10 working days. The RA will be withdrawn if the goods are not returned within this time frame.

No returns accepted after 20 days from date of invoice.
