Prospectors is committed to prompt delivery to our customers - no matter where you are. We regularly ship to remote sites both within Australia and overseas African Countries, China, Mongolia, India & Vietnam; in fact anywhere that customers need our great gear.


We request 1 - 3 business days to process all orders, if the items you have ordered are listed in stock when you place your order online then we will do our best to dispatch the order within 1 - 3 business days (however it is not a guarantee). Prospectors' will do its very best to ensure the quickest possible processing of every order. You may experience delays if there are any problems with the processing or verification of your billing address/shipping address, credit card information or the items you have ordered are not in stock and need to be back ordered with our supplier. Please keep in mind that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Freight & Handling

Freight & Handling are at the customer’s expense.  Customers can pick from various delivery methods prior to check out. Within Australia our delivery partners are Australia Post, Star Track Express & Couriers Please. For overseas customers our in-house logistics team has experience delivering everything from small packages to full containers.

Registered Post

The weight of any one box sent by registered post cannot exceed 20kgs.

Parcel Post Plus

Available in 500g, 3kg and 5kg satchels.  Delivery time is not guaranteed.


Insurance cover will be affected by Prospectors for all goods dispatched by nominated carrier. If you do not require insurance cover please advise, in writing, prior to dispatch.

Back Orders

We endeavor to maintain an adequate stock of all listed items. Occasionally we are unable to supply from stock and it becomes necessary to place these items on back order. When this happens, you will be kept informed of the progress and the item(s) will be dispatched immediately upon receipt into our store.
